  1. I will work with you 1 to 1 to find your BMR & TDEE.

  2. I will work with you to calculate the caloric values for 24 hours of your diet so that we can assess if you are eating at or above your maintenance calories.

  3. I will give you a recommendation on the amount of calories you need to eat daily to lose weight safely.

  4. I will point out any red flags I see in your diet, and give you recommendations for improvement.

  5. I'll deliver the assessment in a PDF for you to keep.
